To qualify for non-working condition the handset must be in a fair condition, NOT crushed, NOT bent, though the casing could be badly dented or scratched, the LCD could be cracked, the casing / housing or keypad may be damaged or missing. At best the Handset must be in a repairable condition and must NOT be water damaged in anyway. If your phone has been through the wash, dropped / submerged in any liquid, do NOT send it to us as we will not offer anything for it!
